We understand that our customers might face size issues or even a change of heart. Although we have full confidence in our products, we are still here to facilitate an exchange or even a return.
We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee to our customers. If 15 days have exceeded since your order was received, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. You may still contact us at contactwoodenkitchenware@gmail.com or the contact us page, so we may review your case.
Please note that customized or special items cannot be returned or exchanged in any case. Once an item has been customized with your design or logo, it will not be changed.
Conditions for return/exchange
Products can only be returned if they meet the following criteria:
- The product must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
- The item must be in the original tags and packaging.
- The item must be clean and without damage.
If an item does not meet the above criteria, we will charge a 20% restocking fee.
In the interest of health and safety, undergarments, mouth guards, compression pants/shorts, and protective cups cannot be returned, even if they are new.
Full refund with shipping fee
You will receive a full refund, and shipping will be paid by WK in the following scenarios:
- In case you have received the wrong size, color, or article, etc.
- If the items were damaged during transit
When you might have to pay shipping
- In case of your mood changes or you have a change of heart.
- The item received was as ordered, but you still want to change it due to color or size preference.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received your returned item(s), our team will inspect it and notify you through email that your items have been received. We shall also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, your will be automatically credited within 2-3 working days on your credit card or original method of payment.

Customized items
Unfortunately, customized items cannot be refunded. Therefore, we encourage you to confirm the items before placing your order.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your order with the same item, please contact us at contactwoodenkitchenware@gmail.com
In this case, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on your location and region, the time for exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Please note that WK fully owns the responsibility in case of any damaged product delivered and will pay the return delivery fee. On the other hand, size charts are provided on the website, and in case of size change or change of mind, the return fee shall be borne by the customer.
